His phrase:

"Not bad, that". I see that you're translating common idioms in French back to English, Ce n'est pas mal, ca. A habit that I picked up as well when I lived there for a few years. My favorite was "That works"-- a phrase that Ive never uttered in my life before I moved to France. @+
