Whatever Happened to the Expression Mind-Boggling?

"That wine is awesome!"

I hear people say that all the time, but I never hear them say:

"That wine is mind-boggling!"

What happened to the expression mind-boggling? Has it gone the way of "too far fucking out?"

I just heard Andrea Immer say a wine was "scrumditaliumptious". My question is whatever happened to the words "good" or "tasty"?

Are the wines not as mind-boggling, or are the minds just not as easily boggled?

I don't remember the last time I had my mind boggled by a wine, but I did achieve Zen-like enlightenment from one last summer ...

the problem has to do with multi-tasking - specifically, wine imbibers find it extremely difficult (or at least tiresome) to use mind-boggling and spoofulated in the same conversation.
