Thank you for a fabulous Ploussard-a-thon. The wines were great. I loved the new wine - the 2000. I will be very curious to see if in a few years it develops the greatness of the 1993. It is looking like 1993 might be the hallmark year for Poulsard.
But set aside impressions of individual wines. The event as a whole was monumental. Thanks again.
